Soulfull Quick Crostinis

Grab your pita bread, olive oil and a couple of scoops of Soulfull Classic and VOILA!!! You have a simple (and nutrient magic) baked crostini that gives you all the old school chicken in a biscuit cracker vibes but even better!

Ingredients:

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons Soulfull Classic

2 flatbreads or pita breads

Preparation Method:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Cut flatbread or pita bread into desired size for crackers.
In a medium sized bowl, add olive and Soulfull Classic. Whisk to combine.
Add flatbread or pita bread pieces into bowl and toss until well coated. Pour cracker pieces onto a baking pan, making certain cracker pieces are not touching. Bake for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove pan from oven and let cool. Pair with your favorite dip and enjoy!
