Ours is pink and comes from those beautiful Himalayas. Although sea salts are known for having so many trace minerals, we understand that you would need to have so much of that to make an impact. We get it! However, its vital for proper fluid balance in the body and hydration. In addition, it is a great source of electrolytes, and it's less processed than classic table salt, a little everyday adds up!

Species of yeast that's in the same family as the ones that make bread and beer. Nutritional yeast is different in the fact that the yeast is not alive in the final product.
