Minestrone Soup

Does this soup make my bowl look big? Conversations that happen when you cook with more than one flavor of māla girl:)

Ingredients:

Olive Oil, 1 oz.

Onions, diced, ¼ cup (1 oz. wt.)

Mushrooms, diced, ¼ cup (1 oz. wt.)

Carrots, diced, ¼ cup (1 oz. wt.)
-
Zucchini, diced, ¼ cup (1 oz. wt.)
-
Tomato Paste, 1 Tbsp.

Māla Girl Mushroom Brainiac, 3Tbsp
-
Māla Girl Chili Chakra,1 Tbsp.
-
Water, 3 cups
-
*Pasta, cooked, 1 cup (3 oz. wt.)

Garnish: Fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tsp.

Preparation Method:
Place stockpot over stovetop on medium heat. Add olive oil, onions, mushrooms, carrots and zucchini.
Saute 2-3 minutes to soften veggies. Stir in tomato paste. Saute additional minute.
Stir in mushroom brainiac and chili chakra.
Whisk in water. Stir to dissolve māla girl broth powder.
Bring to a simmer
Add in cooked pasta.
Bring back to a simmer. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until veggies have softened and pasta is heated throughout.
Garnish with fresh chopped rosemary.
Hold hot for service or serve immediately.
- *OPTIONAL: add in half beans and half pasta for extra protein.
