CLASSIC CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients:

Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.

Leaks, or onions, diced, ⅓ cup (2 oz. wt.)

Celery, diced ⅓ cup (2 oz. wt.)
-
Carrots, diced, ⅓ cup (2 oz. wt.)
-
Mala Girl Soulfull Classic, 4 Tbsp.or 4 Serving Bag
-
Water, 3 cups
-
Pasta, cooked, 1 cup
-
Protein, cooked, (chicken, tofu, etc.
chopped or
shredded, 4 oz. wt.

Preparation Method:
Place stockpot on medium heat.
- Add olive oil, leeks, celery and carrots.
Saute 2-3 minutes to soften veggies.
Stir in soulfull classic, and whisk in water.
- Stir to dissolve Māla Girl broth powder.
Bring to a simmer.
Add in cooked pasta and cooked chicken.
Bring back to a simmer. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until veggies have softened.
Garnish with fresh herbs of choice.
Your chicken noodle masterpiece awaits.
You'll see we are breaking our own rules of 1 Tbsp. per cup of water. This is not only a rich soup, you will see there is no salt and pepper. We added more soulfull classic for a couple of reasons.
1. No measuring, just pour in the entire 4 serving bag;))
2. We had to let this girl do the heavy lifting. Poor thing has to work with pasta, carrots, celery, onions, and protein to keep her flavor, so an extra tablespoon it is! Perfection.
