If you're obsessed with cauliflower, here's yet another way to blend it in for a quick appetizer.
Veggie hummus is always a good idea for a quick and delicious appetizer. This hummus is not only a great way to add veggies into your daily ritual its also a great source of protein from chickpeas AND almonds.
That curry tho...yum!

Ingredients
Cauliflower, chopped, 2 cups
Water, 3/4 cup
Cosmic Curry Blend, 4 Tbsp.
Optional: Red Jalapeno, 1/4 piece
Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
JOI Organic Almond Base
Fresh Lime Juice, 2 Tbsp.
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, or (1 1/2 cups)
Sparkle Salt, 1/2 tsp.
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepot.
Add cauliflower, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until softened.
Remove from heat.
Place cauliflower and water in food processor.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Feeling fancy?
Garnish with a little extra olive oil and sliced almonds.
Serve with crudite and chips.
Recipe Note
This recipe can also be used with Soom tahini, but love to switch it up with Joi almond every once in a while.
