Ingredients

Pack of Ramen noodles, cooked, rinsed and chilled, 1 pack

Fireball Basil Watermelon Dressing, ¼-½ cup
-
Fresh Blueberries, ¼ cup

Diced Cucumbers, ¼ cup
-
Fresh Watermelon, diced, ¼ cup
-
Fresh Mint, chopped, ½ Tbsp.

Juice of half a lime
-
Toasted nuts of choice, chopped pistachios, pepitas, boiled peanuts, or almonds, 2 Tbsp.
Directions
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve!
Recipe Note
This cold noodle salad is another great weekly meal prep.
Simply pour 2 Tbsp. of Fireball Basil Watermelon Dressing in mason jars.
Divide cooked noodles and place in jar.
Top with remaining ingredients.
