 SAUCES:

1/2 cup Hot Pasta Water

1 Tbsp. Māla Girl

1-2 Tbsp. butter

Hot Tip: butter can also be oils or nut/seed butters.

Bonus Points: add in veggies and protein.

 

 SAVORY BARISTA:

For when you need a sugar detox, craving something salty and know that chips are not the solution. This is how Māla Girl was born.

1 Tbsp. māla girl

8-12 oz. hot water

Hot Tip: swap half of the water for hot milk of choice for a creamy and dreamy tonic latte.

SOUPS/CHOWDERS/BISQUE:

2 cups water

2 Tbsp. māla girl

1 cup chopped veggies

1/2 cup choice of protein 

1 cup cooked rice or pasta

 CREMA:

1 cup yogurt or sour cream of choice (plant based or classic)

1 Tbsp. māla girl

1-2 Tbsp. hot water as needed

Whisk together until smooth. Add 1 Tbsp. hot water if needed. Check out our recipe page for more inspiration!

 GRAINS: 

If you remember the old school flavored rice boxes, and hated the ingredient list (and sodium). You'll be happy with this upgrade. 

Please note for grains, these amounts are only suggested. If you like a fluffier rice, use less water. Essentially we're saying feed your rice water with flavor and feel good ingredients!

Bonus points: add in lentils, cooked beans, or diced root vegetables. They take equally as long to cook and its an effortless way to add in more protein and fiber.
