Sweet Potato Hummus
Māla Girl is your instant sous chef. Ready to shake up your hummus game? We've selected Mystic Maca to add to an easy to make sweet potato hummus, but truth be told, Fireball Basil and Cosmic Curry would both be great here as well.

SWEET POTATO HUMMUS
Māla Girl Broths
Hummus just got a sweet potato twist!
Water, 1/2 cup
Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chopped, 1cup
Sparkle Salt, 1/4 tsp.
Mystic Maca Broth Mix, 2 Tbsp.
Lemon Juice, fresh, 2 Tbsp. (about 1 lemon)
Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp.
Soom Tahini, (3 Tbsp.)
Chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1/2 can (or 3/4 cup)
Optional: Red Chili Flakes, 1/4 tsp.
Boil water in small saucepot over medium high heat.
Add in 2 cups sweet potatoes, close with lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until softened.
Remove from heat.
Place sweet potatoes and water in a food processor.
Add in mystic maca broth mix and remaining ingredients.
Blend until completely smooth.
Feeling fancy? Add some garnishes! We chose olive oil and pepitas.
Serve with toast, pita chips, crudite or even better yet, save the leftovers to make a quick sauce for pasta!
